Our Mika Micky bassinet is designed for parents who want their newborn close at night without sharing the same sleep surface. The adjustable-height frame positions the bassinet flush with your mattress, so middle-of-the-night feeds and diaper changes happen without leaving bed. Breathable mesh panels on all four sides promote airflow and let you check on baby at a glance.
The seven-position height mechanism accommodates platform beds, pillow-tops and everything in between. Each click raises or lowers the sleep surface by one inch, so you can align the bassinet rim perfectly with your mattress edge. Two nylon straps with quick-release buckles anchor the frame to your bed, preventing gaps that pose an entrapment risk.
Breathable mesh & mattress care
All four sidewalls use tightly woven polyester mesh that meets flammability standards while allowing air to circulate freely. The mesh transparency also gives you a clear view of your baby’s position and breathing from across the room. We designed the mattress with a dual-layer construction: a firm foam core that prevents sinking, covered by a quilted fabric top and a waterproof backing.
The mattress cover unzips completely and goes into the washing machine on a cold gentle cycle. The foam core itself can be spot-cleaned with mild soap and air-dried. We recommend having at least one spare fitted sheet on hand so you can swap linens immediately after nighttime accidents. The sheet elastic grips the mattress corners securely and won’t ride up during use.

One-hand folding mechanism
Press the release lever on each side of the frame, then lift the center hinge. The bassinet collapses into a rectangle roughly four inches thick, light enough to carry with one hand. The included nylon tote has padded shoulder straps and a zippered exterior pocket for the mattress and linens.
Travel & multi-room use
The folded bassinet fits in most car trunks and airplane overhead bins, making it practical for hotel stays or visits to grandparents. At home, the locking casters let you roll the sleeper from bedroom to living room during the day, then back to your bedside at night. Each wheel has an individual foot brake that prevents rolling on carpet or hardwood.

No tools are needed. The frame unfolds and locks into place using built-in hinges and snap buttons. Yes. The bassinet functions perfectly as a standalone unit with all four mesh sides fully zipped. The locking casters let you position it anywhere in your nursery or living room. When used this way, the side panel facing your bed remains zipped closed, creating a fully enclosed sleep space. You can switch between bedside and freestanding modes whenever you like.
The assembled frame measures approximately 32 inches wide, so it rolls easily through any standard 36-inch doorway. The locking swivel casters make it simple to maneuver around corners and furniture. If you need to move the bassinet up or down stairs, fold it flat and carry it in the included tote, then reassemble it in the new location.
